CONCENTRIX TECHNOLOGIES Subscriber Agreement

Inter.net shall provide the subscriber with Internet service subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement and to the provisions of the rules and regulations governing the entire Internet service of Concentrix Technologies, Inc..

1. Term of Service

Upon the presentation of all necessary documents (i.e. signed subscription agreement with complete information about the subscriber, acceptable proof of billing, valid I.D. and valid bank forms), Inter.net shall provide the subscriber with its Internet service. Inter.net shall continue to provide the Internet service unless terminated by either party.

2. Rates

Subscribers will be charged with the rates as stated at the Concentrix Technologies, Inc. Internet Service Sign-up Sheet. Concentrix Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to raise or lower it's fee's.

3. Obligations of the Subscriber

3.1 Subscribers assume all risks when transferring their account with anyone. In this regard, you hereby agree to pay all accrued charges and fees for use of the Concentrix Technologies, Inc. service. The subscriber shall be liable for all usage generated from his Internet access regardless of who may have used his Internet account. The subscriber agrees to pay all charges, indicated in the bill on or before the date specified in the billing invoice. Payment can be thru the billing option stated at the service sign-up sheet. Non-payment of the bills, or refusal to pay the bills arising from usage of the subscriber's Internet account shall be sufficient for Concentrix Technologies, Inc. to discontinue the service.

3.2 All initial dues of a new account holder should be settled within seven (7) working days from date of sign up. Non-payment within the specified time frame shall be sufficient grounds for Concentrix Technologies, Inc. to discontinue the service. Said unpaid dues shall still be deemed due and demandable in favor of Concentrix Technologies, Inc.. Upon settlement of the initial dues, the subscriber has the option to continue with the service.

4. Re-installation

Concentrix Technologies, Inc. warrants its installation for five (5) days from the date of installation. Concentrix Technologies, Inc. will not be responsible for re-installation in the event of use errors, damage through computer viruses, damaged or faulty hardware. Any subsequent re-installation will be charged the standard fee for re-installation.

5. Termination of Service

The Internet service may be terminated by either party upon presenting a fifteen (15) days written notice. Upon termination of the service, all unpaids bills shall immediately became due and demandable.

6. Amendments

sThe terms and conditions of this agreement shall be subject to amendment or modification by Concentrix Technologies, Inc. as the need for it arises.

7. Agreements

7.1 You agree to provide true and correct information about yourself in the regulation form.

7.2 You shall not use the services to take any actions or make any statements that: (a) infringe on any third party's copyright, patent trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (b) violate any applicable law, statue, ordinance or regulation (including without limitation those regarding export control); (c) are defamatory, trade libelous or unlawfully threatening; (d) are pornographic or obscene, (e) violate any laws regarding unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising, or (f) result in the distribution of viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other similar harmful or deleterious programming routines. You may not use the services to distribute any bulk unsolicited e-mails or otherwise cause an excessive or disproportionate load on Concentrix Technologies, Inc. network infrastructure.

7.3 Concentrix Technologies, Inc. makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing. Concentrix Technologies, Inc. also disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. User agrees that Concentrix Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from any goods or services purhased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of user's transmissions or data, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if user has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Peak and Off-Peak Hours.

Peak hours shall be from 10am to 1:59am the following day. Off-Peak hours shall be from 2am to 9:59am. Concentrix Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to change the duration for Peak and Off-Peak hours and shall reflect such changes on the Subscriber's Agreement as found on this page.

9. No Waiver

If a Party fails to strictly enforce its rights under this Agreement, such failure shall not be deemed a waiver of those rights or any future rights.

10. Venue

In case any litigation arises from this Agreement, the Parties agreed to submit to the jurisdiction of the proper courts of Makati City, Metro Manila. All other venues are hereby waived.
